4. Current website setup
At the effective date of this policy, the Fleem.ai website is designed primarily as an informational website with a local video and contact links. The contact form opens the visitor’s email application and states that the page itself does not store the submitted form data.
The deployed server may create standard technical logs for security, reliability and aggregate traffic measurement. If optional analytics, embedded scheduling, chat, advertising or other tracking technologies are added, the website should display an appropriate consent control and this policy should be updated before those technologies are activated.
5. Your choices
Where optional cookies are used, you can accept, reject or manage them through the cookie banner or preference center. Rejecting optional cookies should not prevent access to the core website.
You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of a website to stop working correctly. Browser “do not track” signals are handled according to available technology and applicable legal requirements.
6. Third-party websites and services
Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email providers or other external services may cause those providers to process information when you choose to visit them. Their technologies and data practices are governed by their own policies.
An ordinary link does not normally place a third party’s cookie until the external service is opened. Embedded content, if added later, may behave differently and may require prior consent.
7. Cookie retention
Session cookies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Any live consent tool should identify the names, providers, purposes and durations of deployed cookies. Fleem.ai aims to use the shortest retention period reasonably necessary for each purpose.
